Return and Refund Policy for Howlmore Pets
Thank you for choosing Howlmore Pets for your purchases. Your satisfaction is our priority, and to ensure a seamless return and refund process, we’ve outlined the following policies:
30-Day Standard Return Window
Howlmore Pets offers a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in new, unused condition.
Extended Holiday Return Window
For purchases made between December 31, 2024, and January 31, 2024, we offer an extended return window of 60 days. Products purchased during this period may be returned until April 1, 2025.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@howlmorepets.com. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Return Labels
- For Defective Products: A prepaid return label will be provided for products that are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in some other way. You can download/print the return label upon receiving instructions.
- For Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because of personal preference you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You will need to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Restocking Fee
Howlmore Pets does not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, inaccurate, or defective. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Currency
Refunds and returns will be processed in USD. This currency will be converted to other currencies available in the countries you selected, based on current exchange rates.
